Dr Amy Homes
Founder & Senior Clinical Psychologist
AmyHomes@shorepsychology.co.uk
“I created Shore Psychology to bridge the gap between private therapy and the NHS. My vision is to provide a Trauma-Informed Practice Centre of Excellence, where power imbalances are minimised, and clients feel welcomed into a warm, genuine, and emotionally safe environment.”
I am a warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapist. I understand that seeking therapy or undergoing a neurodiversity assessment can feel daunting. My goal is to help clients feel at ease and supported as they take the brave steps to improve their well-being. Having experienced my own psychological trauma reaction, I deeply understand the profound impact mental health difficulties can have, both personally and across society, especially when coupled with neurodiversity.
