Clinical Psychologist

Alongside my work at Shore Psychology, I am a Clinical Psychologist in a specialist residential care and education setting, supporting young people with needs linked to developmental trauma and neurodiversity. While much of my experience has been with children, young people and the systems around them, I also work with adults and value supporting clients across the lifespan.

  • Anxiety (including specific phobias, social anxiety, general anxiety disorder)
  • Depression and low self-esteem
  • Trauma (attachment related issues, PTSD, and complex PTSD)
  • Emotional regulation issues (anger, distressed behaviour in children)
  • Disordered eating

Therapies I offer

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT, including trauma-focused CBT)
  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
  • Decider Skills (informed by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, DBT)
  • Parenting support (Incredible Years, Timid to Tiger)
