I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including low mood, depression, eating disorders, anxiety disorder, trauma and interpersonal difficulties. Currently, I am also working as a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS. My previous roles have included working in specialist Child and Adult Eating Disorders Services as well as CAMHS.

I have a special interest in how our attachment styles and interpersonal relationships can at times impact and maintain our mental health difficulties and vice versa, particularly in relation to eating disorders and low mood/depression.
