Dr Rebecca Eaton- Clinical Psychologist at Shore Psychology

Dr Rebecca Eaton
Clinical Psychologist

In my NHS career I have experience assessing and supporting neurodivergent individuals of all ages. I also have experience working with young people and adults who have experience of trauma, mental health difficulties (such as anxiety and depression) and health-related difficulties, using a range of psychological approaches. I have specialist experience in autism and ADHD assessment.

In my role at Shore Psychology I use gold-standard tools and a neuro-affirming approach to assess Autism and ADHD and provide clear, thoughtful feedback and recommendations that genuinely fit each individual’s life. In addition to assessment, I can provide post-diagnostic support and autism-specific interventions to help clients apply recommendations in their everyday lives. I understand the importance of taking time to get a holistic view of each person’s unique story. My goal is for every client to leave an assessment feeling understood and empowered.
