Since my initial yoga training in 2014 I’ve worked with hundreds of beginners and advanced students, sharing yoga & somatic practices and tools of self inquiry in group classes, workshops, yoga teacher trainings and 1-2-1 sessions.
My 1-2-1 work allows me to work in a very personalised way. It’s a real privilege to work so closely with a diverse range of students to support their unique needs.
I have a range of experience working across the lifespan with people facing various mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties related to self-esteem and emotional regulation. I also work within the NHS in a child and adolescent mental health service and work with a broad range of mental health and psychological difficulties.
Therapies I offer
Clinical Experience
My previous roles have included working across different NHS services including a specialist forensic service supporting individuals with complex and varied presentations. These roles have strengthened my ability to work thoughtfully with complexity, risk, and uncertainty, while maintaining a compassionate and person-centred approach. I am passionate about trauma-informed practice and bring this lens into my therapeutic work by prioritising safety, trust, and collaboration. I aim to work in ways that respect individual boundaries, support autonomy, and recognise the impact of life experiences on wellbeing.Qualifications and Training
