Nadia Giannelou- Counsellor at Shore Psychology

Nadia Giannelou

Counsellor & Psychotherapist

For the past eight years, I have worked within specialist trauma services, third-sector organisations, higher education, private practice, and associate clinical settings, supporting adults, young adults, and students.

I work in a person-centred, trauma-focused way, guided by the therapeutic relationship. I hold an anti-oppressive, feminist perspective, recognising that our experiences are shaped not only by personal history but also by wider social and cultural contexts. I support clients with an awareness of how trauma can affect both the mind and body, creating a space grounded in empathy, respect, and connection.
