Yoga for Pain Management
Pain isn’t always just a physical experience. According to the biopsychosocial model, our experience of pain is shaped by the mind, body & environment. This 4 week Yoga for Pain Management Course is informed by health psychology and can help you harness this connection, combining tailored movement, psychoeducation & community to strengthen your understanding & management of pain.
