Practical training for real workplace challenges

Maintaining Your Wellbeing When Working with Trauma

Understand how you can be affected by working with people who have experienced trauma, and learn practical ways to protect your wellbeing.

You will learn how to:

  • Recognise the impact of trauma-exposed work
  • Notice signs of stress and overload
  • Work in ways that preserve your wellbeing while remaining compassionate and engaged

Building Psychological Safety in Teams

Help to create a happy, high-performing team where people are able to speak up, ask for help and learn from mistakes.

You will learn how to:

  • Understand what psychological safety looks like and why it matters
  • Recognise what helps—or gets in the way
  • Improve performance and wellbeing by increasing openness and trust within your team

Realistic Neuroinclusion: how to help everyone thrive

Increase your understanding of neurodiversity and how we can all be part of helping every neurotype thrive.

You will learn how to:

  • Understand how our neurotype influences our experiences and responses
  • Recognise common barriers to neuro-inclusion and opportunities for improvements that help everyone
  • Have more effective conversations about individual needs and realistic adjustments

Navigating Difficult Conversations

Approach challenging conversations with colleagues and service users with confidence, clarity and compassion.

You will learn how to:

  • Understand and anticipate how people might act in difficult conversations
  • Prepare yourself to handle conversations calmly and effectively
  • Communicate clearly, listen well, and adapt to challenges as they arise
