Much of my work has involved supporting survivors of sexual and gender-based violence and childhood adversity. I have experience working with complex trauma, including shame, dissociation, relational difficulties, and the long-term impact of abuse. Alongside trauma-focused work, I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

I also offer couples and relationship therapy, supporting partners who may be navigating communication difficulties, trust ruptures, emotional disconnection, or recurring relational patterns. What is an Occupational Therapist (OT)?
