Why is Neurodiversity relevant?
Up to one in five employees are neurodivergent (most without a diagnosis, and many without awareness) yet many workplaces don’t understand how to support or benefit from this diversity. Without awareness, neurodivergent and neurotypical staff alike suffer – attention and energy are diverted to interpersonal frustrations, and talent is unrecognised and wasted; with understanding, staff are happier, strengths are utilised, and teams become stronger and more effective.

We provide practical, jargon-free training on neurodiversity — what it means, why it matters, and how to create inclusive, productive work environments. We focus on practical, simple adjustments that work better for everyone (and may be vital to neurodivergent people); and ways of communicating that provide opportunities for everyone to thrive.
