Dr Ellie Caldwell

Clinical Psychologist & Director of Corporate Services

I have over ten years’ experience in supporting clients with a wide range of mental health challenges. In addition to my clinical work, I specialise in work-related wellbeing, helping clients optimize resilience and performance, often in the context of neurodivergence and trauma. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with physical health conditions, such as cancer, chronic pain, and neurological symptoms, to manage their mental health and live well. A key focus of my work is helping clients navigate identity, meaning, and purpose during life transitions, fostering self-acceptance and clarity about who they are and how they want to live.
