“I am a warm, approachable person and aim to be compassionate and non-judgemental at all times. I have a fairly informal interpersonal style which can help clients feel more at ease. My goal is to support clients to the best of my ability in a collaborative manner, to improve wellbeing and quality of life. 

I have worked as a clinical psychologist in the NHS for over 25 years and have a broad range of experience, particularly with adults and older adults with mental health challenges. In recent years I have worked in physical health settings. My current NHS time is in palliative care and weight management”.

My current NHS time is in palliative care and weight management. I have worked part time in private practice for 3 years and am excited to now be an associate with Shore Psychology. I have a special interest in long term conditions and particularly the interplay between physical health conditions and mental health challenges.
