Dr Sarah Morrison
Clinical Psychologist
“My therapy approach is warm, reflective, systemic and supportive, creating a safe space where clients can feel heard, understood and valued. I recognise how difficult it can be to seek help, to feel vulnerable and to navigate the challenges that come with difficulties and making meaningful change or moving towards recovery”.
My desire to work within mental health stems from a recognition of the profound impact that awareness, understanding and appropriate support can have on an individual’s wellbeing. Making sense of experiences is for me the first step to making change. As such, I work collaboratively with my clients recognising their unique experiences and circumstances while supporting them to develop greater insight, resilience and skills for positive change.
